Our SEO Process
SEO is not easy, not by a long shot. I wish I can say do this and this will happen, there is no exact formula to ranking in the google SERPS. Only Google gets to decide whether your site is worthy of receiving their traffic, our job to make sure they notice your site and see you as the authority. Our process is based on test, case studies, and data from all over the webs to make sure we’re giving your the best chance possible to compete and dominate.
Step 1: Keyword Research
The very first thing we do and one of the most important aspects of digital marketing is keyword research. We’ll gather and find the top keywords to optimize for. We’re looking for keywords that people are actually searching for as well as keywords that’s not overly competitive. Example: Dental Office – instead of going after uber competitive keywords like; dentist and dental office – we’ll target specific keywords like dentist milwaukee, or milwaukee dental office which not only will be easier to rank for but also a lot more targeted.
Step 2: On-page Optimization (On-page SEO)
Once we establish the keywords we’re going after, it’s time to properly optimize your site for those keywords (title, metal, H1’s etc..). We’ll take care of site speed, mobile responsiveness at this stage also. Typically we’ll redo content as well as add several pages to to create relevancy.
Step 3: Off-page Optimization
Your site needs more than great content to rank, you’ll need to show google why they should put you first. A great indicator of an authority site is backlinks. Backlinks are links from other sites back to yours. Essentially it’s a vote signal to google to tell them you have a great site. More votes typically = higher rankings.
Step 4: Tracking
How do you know if your SEO is working? We’ll set up Google Analytics to track traffic, Accuranker to track keyword positions, and CallRail to track and record phone calls.
